Over the years, I've discovered that the most effective way to support my clients is by combining individual and group sessions to "cross-train" the mind-body systems. It is also more cost-effective than traditionally seeing a psychologist for only 1:1 sessions.

My approach draws on scientifically backed, evidence-based methods, combined with other areas of metaphysical research. This includes aspects of Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI's) including MBCT and ACT, trauma processing therapies like EMDR and Sensori-motor Psychotherapy, Energy Psychology like EFT, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Hypnotherapy, and more — to help rewire mind-body patterns through focussed awareness and neuroplasticity.

These are not traditional "talk therapy" sessions. Instead, they're empowering workshops designed to teach you practical skills you can easily apply in daily life. The groups complement each other, targeting different aspects of mind, body, and energy systems. This blended format offers a unique "cross-training" style of wellness, setting it apart from conventional counselling.

Most group sessions last 2 hours, with MBCT running 8 weeks (2 hours/week). I also offer customized training for staff, first responders, and students. These groups provide an affordable, low-commitment way to experience my work before considering one-on-one sessions. I always encourage new clients to explore several therapist before making a choice.

Already working with a therapist (or are you one yourself)?

Many participants use my workshops as a powerful adjunct to their existing therapy. For instance, "The PCM Technique" workshop integrates prayer and contemplation exercises with meditation, helping you deepen connections with Guides, Angels, Higher Self, or whatever resonates with you— to bring insights you can later share with your therapist.

Or try the science-focused "Stress and Meditation Fundamentals," where you'll learn about the nervous system and stress response, plus practical mindfulness techniques to regulate it and reduce cortisol overload.

Feel welcome to attend multiple workshops or revisit favorites for a refresher. They all harmonize together to support your mind, body, and spiritual well-being.

Note: In-Person and Online group sessions are currently scheduled through Purely Wellness in Duncan. Langford and Victoria group sessions in planning for 2026. Private workshops can be hosted at your chosen venue for groups over 10.

We’ll also dive into the stress response caused by negative thinking, the secret ingredient that makes meditation effective, and the three interactive systems of mind, body, and spirit (energy) that shape your well-being.

You’ll be introduced to The PCM Technique—a simple yet powerful method that combines mindfulness and meditation to help you reset your nervous system, reduce stress, and optimize your energy each day.

Going Deeper with Meditation

If you’ve ever struggled to stay present in meditation or felt your mind drifting the moment you close your eyes, this workshop is your next step.

In Going Deeper, you’ll explore multiple meditation techniques designed to help you focus your consciousness, drop in more easily, and defragment the mind—so you can access deeper states of calm, clarity, and insight.
